Giving Back to Our Community
PLEASE NOTE: THIS EVENT HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER.
Lawrence Community Gardens is a 7.6 acre garden located on 46th Street, just east of Post Road. They have partnered with Monarch Beverage located at 9347 Pendleton Pike, and The City of Lawrence to grow produce that will be donated back to the community through The Cupboard and The Sharing Place food pantries; which are here in Lawrence, IN.
This May, Monarch Beverage and our Better Together team will head to help the Lawrence Community Garden to prepare for springtime planting. No need to be a member to volunteer, however, please register so we can make the most of our day!
We will have two volunteer shifts available:
Shift 1: 10am - 12pm
Shift 2: 12pm-2pm
Please let me know in your registration comments which shift you are able to join or if you want to stay the whole day!
