Dyngus Day is a traditional Polish holiday that celebrates the end of Lent. It is always the Monday after Easter, and features food (pierogis, Polish sausage), music, and drinks. Imagine if Oktoberfest, St. Patrick's Day, and Mardi Gras had a love child. Thanks to Creed Improvements for keeping this Chamber tradition alive!
