Your Invited to Participate in our Community Trunk or Treat

We invite you to join us for a festive afternoon of fun and learning, designed to bring together families with special needs kids and the community organizations that serve them. Event participation is FREE, however we ask each vendor/participant to provide a gift basket for our door prize drawing. We are anticipating this to be a very well attended event so please ensure to bring enough candy/giveaways to accommodate a large number. Further, as this event targets families with special needs children we do ask that you have both edible and non edible options for our guests! Participants have the option to do a trunk, Food Vendor, Have a booth set up, Bring a touch a truck or Have an activity during this event . We do ask that if you choose to have a booth that you provide your own tables, chairs and tent if you wish to have one. The event will take place on October 18,2025 from 12pm to 5pm at Ascension St. Vincent Fishers Hospital. The address is 13861 Olio Rd, Fishers, IN 46037.  Vendors and Participants can arrive around 10:00 am to set up the day of the event ! We would love for you to be a part of this Community event!
