This month's speaker is Indiana Public Access Counselor Luke H. Britt. giving guidance for elected officials and appointed board members as to what information needs to be made available to the public. Also, a great tutorial for the public as to what information they are entitled to receive and what business should be conducted at public meetings. He'll also cover what constitutes a public meeting, and when boards are permitted to conduct business in executive session. 

It's a great way to spend your lunch hour networking with others & listening to some wonderful guest speakers.
