2014 Know Your Numbers Cholesterol/Glucose screening dates for Community Health Network Hospitals All of the FREE screenings will be offered from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. To ensure that you will be screened, you must arrive by 11:30 am to secure a screening opportunity. The screenings end at 12pm. (Unless otherwise noted) Fasting for 10 hours is recommended for best Total Profile results. Please be sure to take all necessary medication and drink 8-16 ounces of water prior to the screening. Thank you.
