The Art Institute of Indianapolis to Announce Evan Poteet Memorial Scholarship Winner on June 7
Scholarship Honors Graphic Design Student Who Died in 2012 Accident

(INDIANAPOILIS, IN June 2013)—On June 7, The Art Institute of Indianapolis will announce the first-ever winner of the Evan Poteet Memorial Scholarship. The scholarship was developed to celebrate the life of Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design student Evan Poteet, who died from injuries sustained in a May 2012 automobile accident.

Scholarship applicants submitted personal essays and a faculty recommendation to compete for the award. The winning student will be named on June 7 during a ceremony at Eleven at the Pyramids Restaurant, the student-run restaurant of The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of Indianapolis. The event takes place from 1:30 – 3:30 p.m.
